Description
This release allows you to use the video footage we create together in other projects with other video production companies. While Tribe of Diamonds still holds the copyright for the footage, you can use it in other videos projects without attribution.
Holding the copyright means two things; 1) You cannot sell the footage, for example to a stock video company, and 2) You are the only entity who can use the footage, for example, another company cannot use the footage for their own projects without written permission from Tribe of Diamonds.
This fee is “per session” meaning that is releases the footage we create together during one day of video recording. If we shoot again another day, another video footage release will need to be purchased.
